This project consisted of 45 acres of Mesquite and Cedar to grub, pile and mulch. We completed this task with our excavator, skid steer and 375 HP Cedar Eater mulching machine. The owner was happy with the results and added an additional 40 acres of previously dozed piles.

These piles are quite large, and to successfully mulch them, it is best to pull them apart. This ensures that you get the best quality grind and the mulch is spread out over a larger area, allowing grasses a better opportunity to recover and thrive.

Many counties in Texas are frequently under burn bans. This makes it difficult for landowners to find the right time to burn their piles often leaving them with unsightly piles for numerous years.
