This land clearing service took place on 13.45 acres near Jonesboro TX. We cleared 8 acres of cedar and slash left behind by a de-posting crew several years ago. This project took a little over a week to complete.

The owners recently purchased the property for resale. Before clearing the property it was very difficult to walk through due to the amount of slash and smaller cedars growing through the slash. This hindered access throughout the property and made it very difficult to show to buyers.

Cedar Eaters was able to open the property up to expose beautiful oaks and views. This allows perspective buyers to experience the property and visualize themselves on the land without seeing the mess that it once was.
